My favourite personality is Tun Dr. Mahathir Bin. Mohamad. He was born on 10 July 1925 in Alor Star, Kedah. He was Malaysia's longest serving Prime Minister as he held the post for 22 years from 1981 to 2003.
During Mahathir's rule, Malaysia experienced rapid modernisation and economic growth. Because of his brilliant idea, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) was build and be marked as one of the tallest building in the world. This is shows that Mahathir is not like our former Prime Minister. He can think without boundaries which can make Malaysia stand in the same level with other countries. So, we should thank him due to his sacrifice to our beloved country, Malaysia. We also should be proud to has such Prime Minister that can bring Malaysia to achieve its vision.
