Family consists of father, mother, brother and sister. A happy family can be created through a tight family bond. there are many ways to tighten the family bond such as bonding through some activities.Parents and their children can understand each other better. Moreover, understanding is also one of the must points needed to create a happy family.
One of the activity that we can do in order to tighten the family bond is parents should spend more quality time with their children. Parents and their children should have a good communication during tea time and talk about what's going on in their lives. On top of that, parents should not spend their time with work all the time. This situation will cause their children feel that they are abandoned. Hence, can cause their children to think that their parents do not love them anymore.
Another way to tighten the family bonding is parents should take their children for a vacation. Parents can take their children to the many vacation spots around the world. Parent can take their children to Hong Kong Disneyland or our very own Legoland here in Malaysia or maybe to the historical countries. Through this activity, parents and children can enhance their knowledge as they are travelling.
Parents should always eat during breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner and also supper with their children. This is another way to tighten the family bonding. Through this activity, parents can know their children's favourite foods and drinks. This activity also will make their children feel that they are loved by their parents.
As for the conclusion, there are many ways to tighten the family bond. On top of that, parents and children must cooperate in order to tighten the family bond. Besides parents should not always scold their kids because children do not like to be scolded all the time.

FAMILY BONDING
Our parents are the most important thing in our life. the have sacrifice everything for us to make us still comfortable. So as their children,, we should make sure our bond in the family is very tight. Besides, we have to respect them in whatever way. Do not over being an unfaithful child because every religion in world invariable to respect our parents. But, in this milennium, children now have expose to intelligent technology such as I-pad and smart phone. So, many children do not have time to catch up with family.
To strengthen the family bonding, many activities can be run out with family member. Like my family, last year we had a family day at Kerteh, Terengganu, we spend 3 days and 2 nights there. On the morning, we find out some homestay that can be rent then we went to the Pantai Kemasik which located 30km from Kuala Terengganu. We had a lot of activities such as playing volleyball, beach hockey, barbeque and many more.The most excitement moment when all the family gathered and the leader of a family had to give speech. Their speech was very funny and can make us laugh. Not just that, all the family member were very sporting and cooperate together to win the challenge. What a wonderful time with the family.
Besides, we can go to a vacation to strengthen the family bonding. When i was in Form 3, my mother brought us to Vietnam. We were very enjoy the vacation and used the time wisely. The vacation helps our family to understand deep in our heart, we spend time together and release all the tension there. I can understand now my parent really wanted their children happy. They do not think about how much money they spend and it does not a matter on my goodness. How i love my parents.
Always have meal together can bring the family together. When all the family members on the table, they can share any problems and can tell any story to our parents. So, we feel so close to our parent and we can expect them as a friend but respect them as our parent. When we eat our mother's cooking, we much more appreciate our mother. So, gathering together and eat delicious food together can be an excitement for us in strengthened the family bonding.

ACTIVITIES THAT FOSTER FAMILY BOND
Close family relationship is important to
ensure the relationship of the family will not be broken. Without family, we
can’t survive. Without their love and support especially our parents because
without them, we will not exist in this beautifu world.
Like me,
I have a big family. We always spend time together. But now, everyone is busy
with their work and studies. So, for this last semester holidays I had planned
a lot of things to do with my family to help regain the bond of my lovely
family. I decide to make a camping trip at the rainforest. I called each of my
family members including all my cousins to join my camp. Many activites have
been planned such as reading maps, jungle trekking, hiking and canoeing.
When we
arrived, we were divided into small groups. Each group was ave a different task
to cooperate with each other. We worked together to set up the tent, prepare
the food and looking for firewood. Eventhough we were tired because we just
arrived and keep doing work but we done it with full of cheerfulness. On that
night, we slept early because on the next day many activities waited for us. By
the way, it was so hard to close the eyes because we got a war with the
mosquitoes.
On the
next day, we did a jungle trekking activity. When we pass through the slope, my
leg got stuck at the tree’s root and I fell into the chasm. Luckily the chasm
was not too deep but I still cried because of the pain. Then my father provided
emergency help. All my family and cousin helped me to walk. Gratefully, the
wound was not too bad. So, I can still continue my trekking and we were
successfully done all the activities we had planned.
I felt
so happy with this camping because I can spend time doing the challenging
activities eventhough I got hurt. But, it satisfied me when all my family get
closed back together.
Let Us Foster Our Family Bond!! ^_^
As a student that live at the hostel, we felt that it is so hard for us to having leisure with our family. It is also same with me that live in the hostel at SMK Sultanah Hajjah Kalsom. I always wait for the beautiful holiday that can uphold my family bond. Luckily, the time is come! That is what I am desire on. It's holiday! Woooohhooooooo....!!!! That is also give time for my family to hang out wherever.
For the first day of the holiday, my whole family had gone to Kuala Lumpur and stay there for a day. After that, we went to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport to sent my grandmother and other siblings because they want to make 'umrah'. A few hours later, we went back home together.
A weeks later, my father plans to brought us to Malacca to have a fun holiday. He said to me that he want to make our family bond became tough. We have a very beautiful holiday there for a few days!! After that, went back to Kuala Lumpur and fetch my grandmother from Macca. She is fine as always.

The Activities That Foster Family Bond

One of the activities is my parents planned went back to our village because my cousin is getting married. Before the wedding started my whole family are making gotong-royong cleaning our house with all together. It to make sure that our house are really clean because many guests will attend the wedding.
Another is after the wedding had completed. It is time for my cousin that had just married to go to a special place for their honeymoon. The best thing is my cousin invited my whole family going honeymoon with them and a sponsored also by my cousin for two days and three nights at Bukit Gambang Resort City. This will foster a closer relationship ties between each member of my family. What a happy holiday!

PERAK
When I was in standard 6,I went to a trip to Perak with my school
members and my teachers.We went there after I sit my UPSR examination.I love to
go there because there are many places that interest.
Perak means silver in Malay.The name come probably from
the silvery colour of tin.However,some say the name comes from the glimmer of
fish in the water.At Perak,I was going to Zoo Taiping and Bukit Merah Lake Town
Resort.
We can see various types of animals.The examples are
snake,elephant and giraffe.At there,we can walked around the zoo with a
transport that they have prepared.I took many picture.We also can took a
picture with a snake.Then,if we want the picture we must pay 10 ringgit for a
picture.
Bukit Merah Lake Town Resort is a place that have water
park.We must pay if we want go into the water park We cannot bring food in
there.Before we play in the water,we can board cable car.But,we must take care
for ourself before we board the cable car.
Lastly,I hope that I will go there next time.I also
suggest to all of you to go to Perak.

FOSTER OUR FAMILY BOND :P
Holiday has started . I already plan so many things to do with my beloved family, since I was staying in a hostel that make me so hard to spend time with my family . There are so many things that can be done to foster our family bonds.
First , by go on vacation .It is not only can foster our family bond but also can relax our body and release our stress .Then, by eating dinner together without any distraction such a television and phones.Eating dinner together not only lead us to a healthy eating habits but also gives family members time to discuss their day and any challenging or good things happen in their life.
Helping a child with their homework also one of the good way to foster our family bond.In addition, it also enables us to know what are our child learning and how are they doing in their academic.We also can foster our family bond with involving in our family members favourite hobby such as collecting stamps or swimming.
I think that's all from me for now . So , all of you must take this chances to make your relationship with your family members will always tight.

REDANG ISLAND
Redang Island or what malaysian used to call is Pulau Redang is one of the largest islands in Malaysia. It is one of the nine islands which form a marine park. It is fun to holiday in this islands because of it activities which offer snorkeling and diving opportunities.
The access is from Merang or Kuala Terengganu on boats operated by the resort. This island has a small airport with services operated by Berjaya Air from Singapore called changi airport and by Kuala Lumpur called Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport.
This island is also an important conservation site for sea turtles. Previously, the indiscriminate economic exploitation of turtle eggs in Malaysia had caused fewer turtles returning to their nest on the islands.
this situation had led the Terengganu state government to set up the Koperasi Setiajaya Pulau Redang in 1989.
The Pulau Redang archipelago comprises Pulau Redang, Pulau Lima, Pulau Paku Besar, Pulau Paku Kecil, Pulau Kerengge Kecil, Pulau Kerengge Besar, Pulau Ekor Tebu, Pulau Ling and Pulau Pinang. Pulau Redang is the biggest of all the islands in the Marine Park.
Today, only the bigger island like Redang, Lang Tengah, Perhentian and Kapas has resort facilities for visitors. The management of Marine Park primarily involves protection of the sensitive marine and terrestrial ecosystems by controlling the impact from human activities.

FAMILY
Hello guys, did you well today? I hope so. Okay today I would like to share with you about my final assignments. Oh... finally. It is about activities that foster family bond. Nowadays, many parents are busy with their work until they have no time to spend with their family members, while there are many activity they can do to foster family bond such as traveling,picnic,bird watching and more.
But today I don't want to talk about their problem. I want to talk about activities that can closer relationships between my family members. One of the activity is watching television together especially when watching funny movie because we can share our happiness and we also can laugh it up together. It was very interesting. You should try that.
Other than that, we also do activity such as clean up our house. Although I don't like this activity but it is very effective. If you don't believe it, you can try it. How can I be so sure? Because I had do it with my family members. At that time I feel so happy. I can forgot about my school and my homework.

the activities which foster our family bond
In these two weeks holiday,there are many activities that we can do with our family to foster our relationship.Some of them are clean our compound together,have a vacation and have a family day.So,I believe that all of us are having these activities with their family.
During these holiday,I had did many benefits things with my family.For example,last weekend,we had finished clean and tidied up our house and compund.My sister and I busy decorated our room to make it more interesting and comfortable.We asked our parents to pain the wall's room with green in colour so that it will looked more calm.
Besides,we also helped our mother to clean the kitchen.We put aside all the unwanted things.My parents also had bought new eating table.While,my brother had washed the car and the motorcycle.After he had washed them,the two things looked shining.
Other than that,we had a vacation at Tioman Island.It was really beutiful and scenic place ! I was so excited to go there.We had did some activities there like snorkelling,scuba giving,and took lots of pictures there.So,our family bond becomes more closed and peace.
I hope the next holiday,my family and I can do other exciting activities.To Mrs Shangari and all my friends,I hope all of you will enjoy your holiday.Thank you !

FAVORITE TOURIST SPOT
Malaysia already had shows itself to the eyes of the world. The beaches, the weather, the people are the reasons why our country being likeable. Tourists all around the world come to our country Malaysia, mostly want to spend their time with their family members at the same time as a holiday.
Beaches are the favorite spot for tourists to fulfill their holiday with teir loved ones. Beaches in Malaysia are very beautiful with their white sand and crystal clear water. You can relax your mind as you see and feel the wind blowing softly through you hair.
Malaysia's beaches have a very beautiful scenery which can mesmerize everyone's eyes everytime they look at it. There are also alot of activities that we can do at the beach such as canoeing, surfing, building sand castles, playing volley ball and so much more. With this activities also they can tighten their family bond.
In a nutshell, beaches in Malaysia are the most visited by tourists. It is because our beaches are very clean and provide a relaxing environment to the tourists.

Teluk Cempedak is a famous beach in Kuantan,Pahang.It also famous among tourist from abroad.It is located 5 kilometers east from the town centre in Kuantan.This beach also one of Kuantan's main sightseeing attraction for tourist.
Why it is become attraction for tourist?Because there we can do many water sport activities.For example we can swimming, surfing, sun-bathing, sailing and jet skiing.We can do more activity with our family to get more fun.
Moreover, we also can see many wonderful view like a blue sea,varieties of fish,coral reef and the most interesting view we can see is beautiful twinkling from the fisherman boats.That all I can share with you today and I hope all of you happy.

FAMILY BONDING
Two weeks
ago was school holiday. My family and I decided to go for a holiday at Pulau
Langkawi. Three days before we go to the destination, my father’s phone rang
and the caller said we cannot go to Pulau Langkawi because all the ferry cannot
across the ocean because of the huge wave.
So, my
father decided to go to Kelantan because we never have been to that state. On Monday
morning, we started our journey to the Cik Siti Wan kembang state. We took
about seven hours to reach Kelantan.
Firstly,
we went to the Masjid Muhammadi at Kota Bharu. The mosque was so big and the
handcraftwas so unique. I felt so peaceful and realise of the Allah’s power. After
that we went to Pasar Siti Khadijah which the largest market that sells everything
that we want including key chains and gifts t friends and nephews.
Then,
we went to look for a hotel for us to rest. We chose hotel Vistana and the
three star family rooms. The room was so big and the scenery was so beautiful
and I can see almost the whole part of Kelantan.
After three
days and two nights at Kelantan, my family and I decided to go back to our
sweet home. Eventhough only three days since I left my house, I was already
missing it.

tELUK cEMPEDAK
Most of you like to travelling across this beautiful and wonderful world.For example in Malaysia that give us many wonderful experience with variety type of flora and fauna.Malaysia is one of the most peaceful country in the world.There are many interesting tourist spot in Malaysia.One of them that I prefer to go is Teluk Cempedak.
This beach located in Kuantan,Pahang 5 kilometre east from town centre in Kuantan.Teluk Cempedak always being the favourite tourist spot for couple.You can have the pleasant sea breeze that can make you free from the busy in workplace.If you feel hungry you can eat at restaurant and the various food-stalls there.The food served can make you feel much satisfied after you tire yourself out playing i the nwater.You can also release stress at work here in Teluk Cempedak with all the different activities that you have like skiing, boating etc.
The beautiful scenery can you see in the picture above is a picture of Teluk Chempedak. I visit this beach very often because i feel peaceful and relaxed watching the scenery. This is a famous tourist spot and i encourage everyone to go here.
FAMOUS TOURIST SPOT
In Malaysia, we have many interesting places and we have the
tallest twin towers known as Petronas Twin Towers. We as Malaysians are all
very proud with this country. The idea of the Petronas Twin Towers as inspired
by Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad, the former Prime Minister of Malaysia.
The technology
used to build this twin tower is the latest and modern technology. For those
who are not fraid of heights, can try to walk across the bridge that connects
the two towers. And for all the ladies and shopaholics, we have a shopping
centre at the Petronas Twin Towers.
The
unique building design attracts tourists to take photography at the front of
the building. These are some of the reasons why almost all the tourists who
visit Malaysia will not miss the opportunity to visit Petronas Twin Towers.

In Kuantan, there were many beaches but the famous one is Teluk Chempedak. It is located near Taman Teruntum which contains alot of animals live there. At Teluk Chempedak, there were provide some restaurant and fast food such as KFC, McDonald and Cold Blog. The food at the restaurant was really delicious. besides for Muslim they provide a "surau" there for they do their prayer.
They have beautiful beaches there Some of the tourist can play kite which can buy at the nearest stall. So this beaches is best part of family or friend getting together and enjoy the sea breeze. Furthermore, this beaches very clean from the rubbish.

On this time, we can tell what had happen at school or workplace and even the problem we had and we must keep on with the conversation. This will ensure the relationship become more closer.
Moreover, a family can also do activities together such as playing games or sport, watch television and even go shopping in the weekend. The entire families must participate in this activities to foster family bonds. The adult usually have to show some good habit while doing some of this activities since the adult is a role model to the younger.
Go for a vacation. This will usually take place when the holiday has come. The vacation can be in or out of the country depending on your budjet. The important thing is to discuss with each of your family members before decide on it. Remember that we only want to enjoy while having vacation and that is why the decision must be accepted by all family members.

Malacca is one of the popular state in Malaysia.Malacca also known
as The Historic State.This is because there are many buildings and things left
at past of Portugese,British and others.Tourist will go here to look this
historical things and see the variety of ethnics.
I love to go to Malacca because here,I can gets and gains
lots of knowledge.Some of historical attractions are Fort A Famosa.This
building constructed by the Portugese in 1511.Moreover,I love to go to the Zoo
Malacca.Here,I can see many species of fauna such as tigers,kangaroos,lions and
others.So,I can know many species of animals exist in the world.If I go there,I
will take pictures as sweet memories.
Besides,two of the most important museum in Malacca are the
Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum and the Malacca Sultanate Palace Museum.At here,we
can see and know the past story of Sultanate and other historical
information.Other than that,there are many interesting buildings such as Christ
Church Malacca,Kampong Kling's Mosque,Orang Utan House and so on.I will never
bored if I go here again because there are many other things we can search
there.
As a conclusion,I am happy to go to Malacca because I can
gain lots of knowledge.If there are others who never go here,I suggest all of
you to try to go to Malacca,The Historic State.

There are many scenic tourist spot located everywhere around the world and it is good to know about it. For example, the Eiffel Tower is the popular tourist spot which is located in Paris and most people would love to be there including me. However, I am not going to write about Eiffel Tower but I am going to write about a scenic tourist spot in Malaysia.
In Malaysia, there are many popular and scenic tourist spot since there are 14 state in Malaysia. I live in Pahang and I am going to talk about Teluk Cempedak. Teluk Cempedak is the most popular beach in Kuantan and located 5 kilometers within the main town of Kuantan. This beach is popular among the tourist in Malaysia and even tourist from other country since this beach is suitable for water sport such as swimming, surfing, sun-bathing, sailing, and even jet skiing.
Teluk Cempedak is a suitable place to have some relaxing time by enjoying the beach view with the wind blowing non stop. Moreover, Teluk Cempedak is also a good place for nature lover since it is surrounded by water, green flora everywhere and even fauna like monkeys, squirrels and even birds. Teluk Cempedak can be visited any time and it is a public area with a lot of facilities such as food court, toilet and even there are hotel located near the beach.
In addition, Teluk Cempedak do have wooden walk which is actually a bridge and we can walk on it until the end of the way and at the same time, we can watch the waves breaking on the rocks of the promontory. This wooden walk is a very popular among those who went there.

TELUK CEMPEDAK

Malaysia is the developing country in the world.Malaysia is well known country around the world because of the various races and cultures that we have.There are races such as chinese,malay and indian that are the main races in Malaysia.Not just that,races like kelabit,murut,bajau,kadazandusun,iban,penan and others are only can be found in the state of Sabah and Sarawak only in Malaysia.Each year we have many celebration and festival that celebrated by all the Malaysian citizen.Many tourist come to this country each year because our country is unique.
Tourist come to Malaysia because they want to visits interesting place here such as Melaka.Melaka is historic city centre and had been added into the list of UNESCO World Heritage Site.Other than Melaka,Gunung Mulu National Park,Kinabalu Park and Georgetown also on the list

When I was in standard 6,I went to a trip to Perak with my school members and my teachers.We went there after I sit my UPSR examination.I love to go there because there are many places that interest.
Perak means silver in Malay.The name come probably from the silvery colour of tin.However,some say the name comes from the glimmer of fish in the water.At Perak,I was going to Zoo Taiping and Bukit Merah Lake Town Resort.
We can see various types of animals.The examples are snake,elephant and giraffe.At there,we can walked around the zoo with a transport that they have prepared.I took many picture.We also can took a picture with a snake.Then,if we want the picture we must pay 10 ringgit for a picture.
Bukit Merah Lake Town Resort is a place that have water park.We must pay if we want go into the water park We cannot bring food in there.Before we play in the water,we can board cable car.But,we must take care for ourself before we board the cable car.
